So I just read this article about True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies. It says the BHB-ACV category is expanding into 2026, but are these gummies legit or just another fad? I've been hearing mixed things. Anyone tried them?

Honestly, I'd be careful. These gummies usually have a tiny amount of ACV and BHB, not enough to do much. Plus, they're full of sugar or sugar alcohols. If you want the benefits, just do apple cider vinegar diluted in water and maybe add MCT oil for ketones. Save your money and DIY.

As a med student, I can tell you there's no strong evidence that BHB supplements or ACV gummies do anything significant for weight loss or ketosis. ACV might help a bit with blood sugar control, but the amounts in gummies are negligible. Plus, BHB is just a source of energy but doesn't put you in ketosis unless you're already low-carb. Also, watch out for excessive sugar alcohols causing GI issues.

I'm on keto and I've tried these for convenience. Tbh, they don't kick me out of ketosis but I didn't notice any magic either. I mostly use them as a little pick-me-up taste-wise. But if you're expecting them to do the work, you'll be disappointed. Stick to real food and electrolytes.
