ACV Gummies Expanding? Anyone Tried True Keto Fusion?

So I just read that article about True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies and the BHB-ACV category expanding. I'm always skeptical about these combo supplements. Apple cider vinegar gummies alone are okay for digestion, but adding BHB? Seems like a marketing gimmick. Has anyone here actually tried these? I prefer to keep it simple - just ACV gummies without extra stuff.

I haven't tried True Keto Fusion specifically, but I've been on the keto train for a while. BHB supplements can help with ketosis, but they're not magic. Combined with ACV? Probably just for convenience. My kids take ACV gummies for immune support, but we stay away from extra supplements unless a doc says so. Better to get your nutrients from real food, you know?

I see both sides. But in holistic health, it's all about balance. ACV has benefits for blood sugar, and BHB might support energy in ketosis. However, I'd rather recommend whole food sources like fermented foods and MCT oil. These combo gummies often have additives. Check the label for hidden sugars and artificial stuff. If you try it, listen to your body.

Honestly, I'm a sucker for gummies because they taste good. But I've tried ACV gummies and they can be too tart or too sweet. True Keto Fusion? Never heard of it. I'd rather take my ACV liquid shot (yuck) and a BHB powder separately, at least I can control the dose. Plus, who knows if the ketones are even stable in a gummy? Probably just a fad.
