ACV gummies on sale at Costco - too good to be true?
So I was at Costco today and saw a big tub of apple cider vinegar gummies on sale for like $12.99. Regular price is usually $20+. I've been wanting to try them for digestion and weight management. But I'm wondering, is the lower price a sign of lower quality? Or is it just a good deal? Anyone tried these?
Honestly, I've bought ACV gummies from Costco before when they were on sale and they worked fine. I think they just overstock and clear out. Check the expiration date and the ingredients - as long as it's a reputable brand, I wouldn't worry. We buy a lot of stuff in bulk and it's fine. My kids love them though they're supposed to be for adults lol.

The key is to look at the label - if it has the same amount of ACV, mother, etc., you're good. I've been taking them for months and noticed better digestion. Plus, they taste way better than the liquid, that's for sure.
I'm keto and always budget-conscious. Sales are great, but I'd double-check the sugar content. Some cheap gummies are loaded with sugar, which can kick you out of ketosis. If it's less than 2g per serving, you're probably fine. I've seen some brands at Costco that are basically candy. But if it fits your macros, go for it. I'd say it's a steal if the ingredients check out.
