So I started taking ACV gummies for digestion (intermittent fasting, you know), but after 3 weeks I've noticed my skin clearing up. Not expecting that! Anyone else? Or is it just coincidence?

Not coincidence! I've been into wellness for ages, and ACV is known to support a healthy gut-skin axis. The gummies also have other stuff like biotin and vitamins. I've seen tons of anecdotes like yours. Keep it up!

From a medical perspective, there's some evidence that ACV might have anti-inflammatory properties, and inflammation can impact skin. But also, check your diet and water intake. Could be a placebo, but if it works, great!

Thanks for the replies! I'm also taking a multivitamin, but the timing seems to line up. I'll keep going and see if it lasts. My sleep has been better too, bonus! Anyone else get better sleep?

Yep, I've noticed deeper sleep on these. Some ACV gummies have magnesium or herbs. What brand are you using? I'm on the Nature's Way one.
