Anyone else get vivid dreams from ACV gummies?
So I started taking these apple cider vinegar gummies a week ago, and I've been having the most vivid, insane dreams every night. Like, movie-quality stuff. Also my pee has been bright yellow, but I assume that's the B vitamins. Anyone else get the dreams? It's kinda cool but also weird.
Oh man, I wish I had vivid dreams! I'm so sleep deprived I'd take any dreams. But yeah, the bright pee is normal, I get that too. As for the dreams, maybe it's the vinegar? I've heard apple cider vinegar can affect your dreams? Not sure. But enjoy them while you can, once the novelty wears off you'll probably sleep like a rock like me.
Vivid dreams? That's a new one. I've been taking ACV gummies for months and no dreams. But I do get the bright urine, which is just excess B vitamins. As for dreams, maybe it's the sugar in the gummies? I take sugar-free ones, so maybe that's why I don't get them. Or maybe it's just placebo. But if you're concerned, check with your doc. IvyIron92, I didn't even think about the sugar angle. I'm taking the regular ones, so maybe that's it. But it's not a bad side effect, haha. WaterWillow444, I didn't think about the vinegar affecting dreams, but now I'm curious. I'll keep taking them and see if it changes. Thanks for the input!
