Anyone else get weird dreams from ACV gummies?
So I've been taking these apple cider vinegar gummies for about a week now, and I've noticed I'm having super vivid dreams every night. Like movie-quality crazy dreams. Also, my taste buds seem off - stuff tastes a bit metallic. Anyone else experience this? It's not bad, just weird. #acvgummies
Dude, yes! I had the same thing with the dreams! I thought I was the only one. It faded after a couple weeks though. The metallic taste I didn't get, but I did notice my pee was neon yellow. Freaked me out at first, but looked it up - it's just the B vitamins. You're good, man.
Not a doctor, but I've read that ACV can mess with your gut bacteria and that might affect your taste. As for the dreams, could be the vinegar detoxing or something. I take them pre-workout and haven't noticed dreams, but I also take melatonin so I'm already dreaming weird. Just keep an eye on it, but sounds harmless.
