Anyone else get weird dreams from ACV gummies?
Hey everyone! I've been taking Apple Cider Vinegar gummies for about a week now (love them btw), but I've noticed I've been having super vivid dreams at night. Like, wild, movie-like dreams. Is that a thing? Anyone else experienced this? Not complaining, just curious!
Haven't had that, but I did notice my taste buds changed for a while when I first started. Everything tasted a bit off, especially sweet stuff. It went away after a couple weeks though. Maybe it's the ACV doing some detoxing? Dreams could be your brain processing all the changes lol.
Vivid dreams? That's new to me. I take them for digestion, and the only side effect I've noticed is bright yellow pee, but that's just the B vitamins. But hey, if you're having cool dreams, enjoy the show! Maybe try taking them earlier in the day? I've heard stuff like B6 can cause vivid dreams if taken too late.
I'm a photographer, so I'm all about capturing dreams and nature, but I haven't noticed any dream changes. I did get a bit of a weird taste in my mouth, but that passed. Could be the apple cider vinegar interacting with something else you're taking? I'd say just keep an eye on it and maybe ask a doc if it persists. But sounds kind of cool, honestly!
