Hmm, another ACV gummy with BHB? I'm skeptical. These 'keto' gummies usually have a ton of sugar or artificial stuff. I'd rather stick to raw ACV and a balanced diet. What's in the ingredients list?

I tried an ACV gummy last year and it upset my stomach. My grandson said the BHB ones can help with energy, but I'm not sure about the 'keto+' claims. Anyone else have issues with these?

As a med student, I need to point out that BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate) is an exogenous ketone, which may help with ketosis but isn't a magic pill. Plus, ACV gummies often lack the acetic acid content of liquid vinegar. Check if they have clinical studies. Also, beware of the sugar alcohols – some cause GI distress.

I'm all for tech in supplements, but the 'True Keto Fusion' name sounds like a buzzword salad. I scanned the article – they mention a 'proprietary blend' which usually means underdosed ingredients. My fitness tracker data didn't show any difference with similar gummies. Pass.

Yeah, Flora, 'proprietary blend' is a red flag. I'd rather get my BHB from MCT oil or just stick to whole foods. Thanks for the reality check, everyone!
