Hey all! I'm looking to get a 'health pack' or specific gummies for two different people: my dad (67, active but has some joint pain and digestion issues) and my buddy (obsessed with Crossfit, always talking about recovery). Parent needs something gentle, friend wants something that actually works for muscle soreness and maybe energy. Any recommendations? I keep seeing ACV gummies popping up – do they help with either? Thanks!

For the dad, ACV gummies might help digestion but watch the sugar content – some have a lot. I'd pair them with a joint support like turmeric or collagen gummies. For your Crossfit friend, honestly, I've had good luck with tart cherry gummies for recovery, plus a good magnesium. ACV isn't a game-changer for muscle stuff, but it's a nice general health boost. Maybe a variety pack?

I gave my mom ACV gummies and she loved them! She said they helped her bloating. But yeah, check the label – some have added sugars or fillers. For your Crossfit buddy, I'd recommend a probiotic + ACV combo, helps with inflammation. Also, look for the ones with 'the mother' – they're more natural. Just a heads up, they can be a bit strong tasting lol

Crossfit junkie here! ACV gummies are okay but NOT for pre-workout. I use them for post-meal digestion mostly. For recovery, get him some branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) gummies or a recovery blend with electrolytes. If he likes ACV, get him a separate bottle – but don't expect miracles. For your dad, maybe a joint support gummy with glucosamine and chrondroitin, plus a mild ACV for digestion.

Make sure whatever you get is low-carb if your dad or friend cares about that. I use a brand called 'Goli' – they're decent for ACV and taste okay. But honestly, for gifting, I'd get a 'starter pack' with different types: a digestion one (ACV or probiotic), an energy one (like B12 or green tea), and a recovery one (tart cherry or turmeric). They have those on Amazon. Saves you from guessing!
