Hey everyone! I've been taking ACV gummies for a few weeks now, but I noticed they're getting really hard and have a white powdery stuff on them. They also stick together. Is this normal? Are they still safe to eat? I don't want to waste them but also don't want to get sick!

Hey! That white powdery stuff is likely sugar bloom - happens when moisture gets in and then evaporates, leaving sugar crystals. It's cosmetically unappealing but totally safe. The hard texture is just from moisture loss. They might not taste as good, but they're fine to eat. Just store them in a cool, dry place and maybe they'll soften up a bit. But if they smell off or look moldy, toss 'em.

I'm with Noah on this. Sugar bloom is harmless, but that stickiness could be a sign of melting and re-solidifying, which might affect the gummy's texture but not safety. However, I prefer traditional liquid ACV - never had this issue. Just check the expiration date and if they're within date, and no weird smell, you're good. Maybe keep them in the fridge to prevent further stickiness.

Oh no! I've had this happen with other gummy vitamins. It's just a texture thing, they're still effective. But I always worry about not getting the full dose if they're too hard to chew properly. You could try popping them in the microwave for 5 seconds to soften? Or just blend them into a smoothie lol. But honestly, they're safe, just not as appetizing. And make sure your container is sealed tight!
