Are Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Just Sugar Bombs in Disguise?

Hey everyone, just tried some apple cider vinegar gummies and I'm kinda disappointed. The bottle says 'supplement' but they taste like straight-up candy! Checked the label and there's like 3g of sugar per gummy. I take these for digestion help during my night shifts, but now I'm wondering if I'm just eating expensive junk. Anyone else feel like we're getting tricked with this candy-fication of supplements?

DewyDaphne, you're spot on! As someone who's keto and works remotely, I avoid sugar like the plague. These gummies are a total scam for people watching their carbs. The whole point of ACV is its purity and health benefits - diluting it with sugar and gelatin defeats the purpose. Stick to liquid ACV with water, it's cheaper and actually works. The convenience isn't worth the sugar crash, trust me.

I get both points, but as a fellow night shifter, sometimes convenience wins. After 12 hours on my feet, choking down liquid vinegar at 3 AM isn't happening. The gummies help me stay consistent. Yeah, they have some sugar, but it's better than skipping it entirely. Maybe look for brands with less added sugar? Some use stevia instead.

KetoKevin, I hear you on the purity thing - maybe I should try the liquid again. SupplementSteve97, consistency is key for me too during these brutal shifts. Any recommendations for lower-sugar brands? I just don't want to trade one problem (digestion) for another (sugar intake).

If you MUST do gummies, look for ones sweetened with monk fruit or erythritol - they won't spike blood sugar. But honestly, the liquid form has 'the mother' (the probiotic part) intact, which most gummies process out. It's like buying decaf coffee and expecting energy. Convenience has its limits when it comes to health.
