Hey all, I want to get a 'health pack' of gummies as a gift. One is for my mom (60s, wants to manage blood sugar) and the other for my friend who's super into fitness and swears by apple cider vinegar. Any recs for apple cider vinegar gummies that actually work and taste decent? Budget is open.

For your mom, look for ACV gummies with added chromium or berberine to help with glucose metabolism. Brands like Goli or Vitafusion have those combos. For your gym rat friend, get straight ACV gummies with high acetic acid content (check the label) and maybe added cayenne for thermogenesis. Just avoid ones with tons of sugar.

I'm a runner and I take the Garden of Life Dr. Formulated ACV gummies. They have a bit of ginger and turmeric which is good for recovery. Taste is okay - not too vinegary. For your mom, maybe the ones with pomegranate or beetroot for extra antioxidants. But def check sugar content, some have 3-4g per gummy which adds up.

Ugh, most ACV gummies are full of sugar or glucose syrup. If you're paleo like me, look for ones with organic apple cider vinegar, no added sugar, and maybe sweetened with stevia or monk fruit. I use the brand 'Sugarbear' but they're hit or miss. Also, your mom might like the 'Bragg' brand - they make vinegar but also do a gummy now? Not sure.

Okay taste queen here: Goli tastes like straight candy but in a good way? They're super sweet though. If your mom doesn't like strong flavors, go with 'Olly' - they have a berry flavor that's milder. For your gym friend, he might not care about taste lol. But whatever you get, check the serving size - some require 2-3 gummies per dose which is annoying.
