Hey all! I'm trying to put together a little 'health pack' for my dad (he's 68, trying to be more active) and also need a birthday gift for my friend who's obsessed with the gym. I'm thinking apple cider vinegar gummies would be a good common item. But there are so many brands! Any recs? Preferably ones that actually taste decent and have proven benefits. Bonus if they come in a nice bundle or something.

Ooh, I've tried a few! For taste, Goli is surprisingly good - they have that apple flavor, not too vinegary. But if you want something more 'premium' for a gift, I'd go with Nature's Bounty or Vitafusion. They're usually well-tolerated. My mom takes the vitafusion ones and says they don't upset her stomach. Also, check out the bundles on Amazon with a cute bottle - makes a nice gift!

For your gym friend, I'd actually look into ones with added B12 or beetroot for energy. I use Goli's ACV gummies with vitamin B12 and they give me a nice kick before a run. My dad (65) takes the plain ACV ones from Nature's Way and he likes them - says they help with his digestion. Maybe grab two different kinds? One for each person.

I'm new to this, but I bought the Mary Ruth's ACV gummies for my mom (she's 72) and she loves them! They're organic and have a mild taste. She says they help with her bloating. For a gym friend, maybe a bundle with ACV gummies and some vitamin D? I think that would be thoughtful. Also, check the sugar content - some have a lot.

Awesome, thanks everyone! I think I'll go with Nature's Way for my dad and Goli with B12 for my gym buddy. Appreciate the quick help - this forum is gold! 🙌
