Costco ACV gummies - too good to be true?
Hey all! Found ACV gummies at Costco for like $10 off the usual price. Are they lower quality or is it just a steal? Anyone tried the Kirkland or whatever brand they have?
Honestly, price doesn't always equal quality. I've snagged some at Target on clearance and they tasted exactly like the expensive ones. Just check the label for the same active ingredients (acetic acid, B12, etc.) and you're good. If they're from a reputable brand, you're probably fine.
I'm all about value. I get the generic store brand from my pharmacy and they work just as well as the fancy ones. But I did read somewhere that some cheaper brands might have less actual ACV or more sugar. So just look at the nutrition facts. But Costco has good returns if you're not happy, so I'd say try it!
As a med student, I'd say the main thing is to check for 'apple cider vinegar' extract or whether it's just flavoring. Some cheap ones are basically candy with a tiny bit of ACV. Also, see if they have 'mother' if that's important to you. But if the label looks solid, the lower price is just a bulk deal. I'd go for it!
