Just read a study on ACV gummies – legit or hype?

Hey all, stumbled upon this new study (PMID: 38912345) on apple cider vinegar gummies. Claims they lower blood sugar as good as liquid ACV. But the sample size is tiny (n=30) and funded by a supplement company. Thoughts? Legit or just marketing fluff?

Interesting but I'd take it with a grain of salt. Most of these studies are paid for by the people selling the product. Still, ACV has a track record. I'd stick with the liquid stuff for now.

I've been taking ACV gummies for 3 months. Can't say I noticed huge changes, but my digestion feels better? The study might be biased, but if it works for some, cool. Just don't expect miracles.

Thanks both. @RhinoRich, do you check your blood sugar? I'm more interested in that aspect. And @YogurtYuri284, yeah, I'm leaning towards liquid too – cheaper at least.

No prob! And haha, I'd rather take a shot of ACV than chew a sugary gummy. But to each their own.
