Looking for ACV Gummy Gift Ideas - Parent vs Fitness Friend?

Hey everyone, need some advice! I'm shopping for two different people: my mom (late 60s, wants to feel more energetic) and my buddy who's super into fitness (gym 5x a week). Both mentioned trying apple cider vinegar gummies. Should I get them the same 'health pack' or different ones? Looking for brands that actually work, not just hype. Budget is flexible but don't want to waste money. Thanks!

OP, first thing - CHECK THE SUGAR! So many ACV gummies are loaded with it, defeats the purpose imo. For your mom, I'd recommend [Brand X] sugar-free version - my aunt swears by them for joint support. For your fitness friend, maybe something with added electrolytes? But seriously, read labels. The 'health packs' often have hidden sugars in other products included.

Why complicate it? Get them both the same simple bottle from [Brand Y]. One ingredient: apple cider vinegar. No extras, no sugar, no fancy blends. My rule: if it has more than 3 ingredients, skip it. Gifting should be minimal and effective. The fitness guy might want higher dose though.

Namaste! As a yoga instructor, I'd approach this holistically :) For aging parents, look for gummies with turmeric or ginger blends - great for inflammation. For fitness friends, something with B vitamins for energy! I've tried [Brand Z]'s wellness pack - has ACV plus adaptogens. My students love it for post-workout recovery. Remember, it's about balance in all things!
