THREAD: Looking for ACV gummy gift ideas - parent vs fitness friend?Started by ZenZoe

Hey everyone, need some quick advice! My dad's turning 70 next month and has been talking about trying apple cider vinegar gummies for 'joint health' (his words, not mine lol). Also, my best friend is a total gym rat who's into all things wellness. Thinking of getting them both something - maybe a health pack or specific brand? What do you guys recommend? Don't have time to research extensively with work being crazy rn.

ZenZoe - I feel you! As someone who's always on the move, I've tried a few ACV gummies while traveling. For your dad, look for ones with added turmeric or ginger - great for aging joints. My go-to is Nature's Truth ACV + Turmeric gummies. They're easy to find online and ship anywhere (key for us nomads!). For your fitness friend, maybe something with extra B vitamins? Just watch the sugar content - some brands pack it in.

Ooh love this topic! As a marathon runner, I'm super picky about my supplements. For aging parents: Goli Nutrition's ACV gummies are popular and gentle on sensitive stomachs (important for older adults!). For fitness friends: check out Gummyology's ACV + Energy blend - has green tea extract for metabolism. Pro tip: avoid anything with artificial colors if possible. Also, consider subscription boxes - they make great ongoing gifts!

Thanks both! SolarSam - the shipping tip is clutch since I'm ordering last minute (typical me). Wendy, subscription box is genius for my friend who's always trying new things. Anyone know if there's a noticeable difference between the cheap vs premium brands? Don't want to overspend but also don't want to gift something ineffective.

ZenZoe - In my experience, mid-range ($15-25) is the sweet spot. The super cheap ones often have fillers, and ultra-premium sometimes isn't worth 2x the price. Check reviews on Amazon while you're on your lunch break! Also, some brands offer 'sample packs' - could be perfect for your friend to try before committing. Happy gifting!
