Mixing Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with other stuff - safe?
Hey folks, been taking ACV gummies for a couple months now as part of my fasting routine. Was wondering if anyone has tried taking them with a strong cup of black coffee in the morning? Like, literally washing them down with it. Trying to streamline my pre-fast window but don't wanna mess up the absorption or something. Thanks!

The acidity might be something to consider with coffee? I've noticed if I take them right before my sunrise photography hikes, I feel fine, but that's with water. Maybe space them out by 15-20 mins? Nature's rhythms and all that!
