Mixing Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with other stuff - safe or nah?

Hey everyone, I've been taking apple cider vinegar gummies for a few weeks now, mostly for digestion. I'm also a big coffee drinker (like 2-3 cups a day). Is it okay to take the gummy with my morning coffee, or should I space them out? Anyone tried this combo? Worried about stomach issues or if it messes with absorption.

OP, I feel you! I love my ACV gummies but they can be tart. I actually take mine WITH my coffee sometimes - masks the vinegar-y aftertaste lol. No issues for me, but I use a light roast. If you're sensitive, maybe eat a small snack first? The combo hasn't bothered my stomach, but YMMV.

Why complicate things? ACV gummies alone are fine. Coffee + ACV might overacidify your system. Just take the gummy 30 min before coffee. Less variables = better results. Keep it simple.

As a mom, I'm always skeptical about mixing supplements. I give my kids ACV gummies (the ones without added sugar!), but I'd never combine with caffeine. Coffee can dehydrate you, and ACV might irritate on an empty stomach. Maybe ask your doctor? Better safe than sorry!

Biohacker here. ACV enhances insulin sensitivity; caffeine can spike cortisol. Taking them together might blunt benefits. Try ACV gummy upon waking, wait 20 min, then coffee. Track your energy/focus. I stack mine with berberine gummies - synergistic for metabolic health. But coffee? Meh.
