So I just came across this study (PMID: 38123456) that suggests apple cider vinegar gummies might help with blood sugar control. But it's funded by a supplement company, so I'm skeptical. What do you guys think? Should we trust it or is it just marketing?

Oh man, I've been taking ACV gummies for months and I feel great! I'm not sure about the study, but my energy is up and my digestion is better. I think there's something to it, but definitely check the source. Bias is everywhere, ya know?

I work night shifts and my blood sugar has been all over the place. I've tried the gummies and they seem to help steady me. But yeah, industry-funded studies? I take them with a grain of salt. I'd rather see independent research. Still, if it works, it works.

As a mom with no sleep, I just take what helps. I've heard ACV is good but the gummies are easier on my stomach. I don't have time to read studies. If it doesn't hurt and might help, I'm in. But yeah, bias is everywhere, just do your own research I guess.

Thanks for your input, guys! I might give them a shot, but I'll keep an eye on the research. Maybe I'll do my own little experiment and see if it makes a difference for me. Appreciate the replies!
