Just came across this study (PMID: 33456789) suggesting apple cider vinegar gummies can help with blood sugar regulation. Anyone else seen this? Seems promising but I'm skeptical about the source—it's from a supplement journal. Wondering if it's biased or actually solid science.

Hey KetoKevin! I actually read that one. The study design is okay but it's a small sample (n=50) and no control group for the gummy form vs liquid ACV. Also, the journal has ties to a supplement company, so take it with a grain of salt. I'd wait for larger independent trials.

I've been using ACV gummies for months now and they definitely help my digestion. But I agree with Victor—big pharma's always trying to discredit natural remedies. Trust your body, not just studies. 🙏

Ugh, another study funded by the industry?? I'm too busy to scrutinize every paper. Just tell me if it works or not. I've been taking them for a week and haven't noticed anything yet. Maybe I need a higher dose?

Ken, give it at least 4 weeks for any noticeable effects. And check the ingredients—some gummies have added sugars that can spike insulin. Look for ones with minimal additives.
