Hey guys, just saw this study about apple cider vinegar gummies and weight loss. It says they might actually work, but I'm always skeptical of these things. What do you all think? Is it legit or just a marketing ploy? Link: [link]

I've been into biohacking for years, and ACV has some solid science behind it for blood sugar control. But gummies? They often have added sugar and lower concentrations. I'd check the dosage and whether the study used gummies or liquid. Still, promising if it's a real clinical trial.

As a vegan, I'm always wary of gummies with gelatin. But if they use pectin, it's fine. The study sounds interesting, but I'd rather get my ACV from the liquid form and add it to my salads. More natural and no extra sugar. Just my two cents.

Yeah, but think about the packaging waste! Gummies come in plastic bottles, while liquid ACV is usually glass. I'm all for the benefits, but let's not ignore the environmental impact. If you can find a brand with sustainable packaging, maybe it's worth it.
