Hey everyone! So I've been taking apple cider vinegar gummies for about 3 weeks now, mainly because I heard they might help with sleep (I'm a light sleeper). But here's the weird thing – my sleep is maybe slightly better, but my SKIN is glowing! Like, people at work are asking what I'm using. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using the sugar-free brand from Whole Foods.

OMG YES! I remember when I first tried ACV gummies back in like 2018 – they were all the rage on mom blogs. I started them for digestion, but my nails got so strong! The skin thing makes sense though – ACV has antioxidants. Which brand are you using? The old-school ones tasted like sour apples (kinda nostalgic tbh).

Night shift nurse here – I feel you on the sleep struggle! I tried ACV gummies last year hoping they'd help me wind down after 12-hour shifts. Didn't do much for sleep, but my stress levels dropped noticeably. Less anxious during my commute home. Maybe the skin thing is related to reduced inflammation? Are you taking them with food?

@GummyGuru308 It's the 'Nature's Truth' sugar-free version! And @HolisticHolly715 that's interesting about stress – I have been feeling more chill lately too. I take them in the morning with my probiotic. Maybe the combo is doing something? Still weird how the main thing I wanted (sleep) is only slightly improved though lol.

Nature's Truth is solid! Their early formulas were hit or miss but they've improved. The skin/stress connection tracks – I blogged about 'side benefits' of supplements once. Sometimes our bodies use nutrients where they're needed most! Keep us updated if the sleep improves later. P.S. Try the raspberry flavor if they have it – game changer.
