Just saw this article about Up & Up Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies... Anyone tried them? I'm curious if they actually work or if it's just a gimmick.

I'm a bit skeptical, honestly. As a grandmother, I worry about these trendy supplements. My grandson wanted to try them for weight loss, but I told him to stick with real ACV and a healthy diet. These gummies might be easier to take, but do they have the same benefits? Also, check the sugar content! Some gummies are loaded with sugar, which defeats the purpose.

I've been using ACV gummies for a while (not that brand though) and they're super convenient for travel. I'm a digital nomad so I can't always carry a bottle of liquid ACV. They definitely help with digestion and bloating for me. But I always read the label – you want one with 'the mother' and minimal added sugar. I'd give it a shot, just do your research!

As a yoga instructor, I recommend whole foods over supplements, but I get the appeal. For clients who really want the convenience, I suggest looking for gummies with added B12 or other vitamins. But remember, no supplement replaces a balanced lifestyle. If you try them, see how your body reacts – some people get stomach upset. And always consult a doc if you're on meds.

Thanks for the tips! I'll check the sugar and look for 'the mother'. Maybe I'll try a small bottle first and see. Appreciate the input!
