Just read the article on these. Seems like a decent budget option but I'm skeptical about the dosage. Liquid ACV has more research behind it, but gummies are convenient. Anyone know the acetic acid content per gummy?

I've been using them for a month now. Taste is pretty good – like sour apple candy. No major results yet but my digestion feels a bit better. For the price at Target it's worth a try if you hate the liquid stuff.

Oh, I remember when ACV was just a kitchen ingredient! These gummies are such a modern twist. I'll stick to my grandma's honey and vinegar tonic though – more nostalgic. But I appreciate the convenience for others.

I prefer the liquid for pre-workout – gives me a little kick. Gummies are too slow. But if you're not working out hard, these are fine. Check the sugar content though, some gummies have added sugars that defeat the purpose.
