THREAD: Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies - Are They Worth the Hype or Just Another Trend?Started by NatureNancy26

Hey everyone! As a fitness pro, I'm always skeptical of new supplements that promise quick fixes. I've seen these ACV gummies popping up everywhere lately. Has anyone actually noticed real benefits from taking them? I'm curious if they help with energy levels during workouts or if it's just clever marketing. Would love to hear some honest experiences before I recommend anything to my clients.

OMG I've been taking them for 2 months now and they're AMAZING! I used to drink the liquid ACV every morning but it was so harsh on my throat. These gummies are a game-changer! I feel like my digestion is better and I have more consistent energy throughout the day. Plus they taste like candy - I look forward to taking them! Anyone else loving them as much as I am?

Interesting discussion! From a scientific perspective, I'd caution about the dosage in gummies. Most contain only 500mg of ACV per serving, which is significantly diluted compared to liquid forms. The 'mother' (beneficial bacteria) is often processed out too. While they're convenient and taste better, you might not get the same therapeutic benefits. Has anyone compared results between gummies and traditional liquid ACV?

I was skeptical at first too, but I've been taking the gummies for 30 days and I'm pleasantly surprised! My skin has cleared up and I don't get that afternoon slump anymore. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast. The only downside is they're pretty expensive - I pay $25 for a month's supply. Has anyone found a more affordable brand that still works well?

Welcome to the gummy club, Olivia! I've tried 5 different brands over the past year. The key is checking the ingredient list - some have way too much sugar. My favorite is the one with added ginger and turmeric. They definitely help curb my sugar cravings! For those just starting, I recommend taking them with food to avoid any stomach discomfort. Anyone have tips for the best time to take them?
