Hey everyone, I've been seeing these ACV gummies all over my fitness Instagram feed. As someone who's always looking for that extra edge in my Crossfit workouts, I'm curious if anyone's tried them. Do they actually help with energy or recovery? I'm skeptical about anything that's too trendy, but if there's real science behind it, I might give them a shot. Any recommendations on brands that don't have a ton of added sugar?

Oh man, I feel you on the skepticism, Noah! As a sleep-deprived parent of a toddler, I'm desperate for anything that might boost my energy naturally. This takes me back! I remember when apple cider vinegar was just something my grandma used in salad dressings. Now it's in gummy form - what a time to be alive! I've been blogging about natural health trends for over a decade, and I've seen so many come and go. From what I've researched, ACV has some proven benefits for blood sugar and digestion, but gummies often have lower concentrations. Anyone know the actual ACV content per gummy? I'm nostalgic for simpler times when health advice wasn't so... chewable.

Thanks for the input, both! Gigi, that's interesting about digestion - I've heard some athletes use ACV for that too. Sam, you raise a good point about concentration. The brand I was looking at claims 500mg of ACV per gummy, but who knows how accurate that is. I might do a 30-day trial and track my workout performance. Anyone want to join me for accountability? We could compare notes on different brands.

I'd be up for that, Noah! Maybe we can start a little challenge thread? I'm going to try a different brand this time - one with added B vitamins since I heard that might help with energy. Sam, do you have any historical perspective on whether these kinds of supplements tend to work better in traditional liquid form versus gummies? As a parent, I do appreciate that my 4-year-old hasn't tried to steal these like she does with my regular vitamins!
