THREAD: Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies - Do They Actually Work or Just Taste Good?Started by OrganicOlivia

Hey everyone! I've been seeing these ACV gummies everywhere lately. As someone who tries to keep things natural for my family, I'm curious but skeptical. I make my own kombucha and grow our veggies, so I'm wondering if these processed gummies can really offer the same benefits as raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar? Has anyone compared the effects? Also, what brands are actually using quality ingredients without a ton of added sugar? My kids keep asking to try them because they look like candy!

Bro, I've been taking them for 3 months now! I used to drink the liquid ACV before my CrossFit WODs but it's brutal on the throat. The gummies are way easier. I feel like they help with my post-workout recovery and keep my energy levels stable. Not sure if it's placebo but my times have improved. Anyone else using them for fitness? I'm taking 2 gummies from Goli every morning - no sugar crash like with pre-workout drinks.

As a busy professional who's always rushing between meetings, I tried them for digestive issues. The liquid ACV was impossible to incorporate into my routine - too messy and strong tasting. The gummies are convenient and actually taste decent. I've noticed less bloating after lunch meetings, but I'm not convinced they're doing much for weight management like some claims suggest. Has anyone done a proper 30-day trial with measurements? I'm data-driven and would love to see real results before continuing my subscription.

Sleep-deprived parent here! I started taking them hoping they'd help with energy since I'm running on 4 hours max. Honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in my energy levels, but my acid reflux has improved significantly. I used to wake up with heartburn from stress-eating after the kids finally sleep. Now I take one gummy before bed and sleep through without that burning feeling. Are they worth $25 a bottle? For me yes, just for the reflux relief. But I'm curious if anyone's kids take them - are they safe for little ones?

Follow-up: Check the labels carefully! Some brands are sneaky with their ACV content. You want at least 500mg per serving. And Zoe - I tracked my macros and weight for 60 days with the gummies vs without. Lost 2% body fat with same diet/training. Not huge but something. Olivia - most have added sugar but there are stevia-sweetened options. The convenience factor is real for us athletes!

Thanks for the insights everyone! Pete, that's interesting about the stevia options - I'll look into those. I'm still leaning toward just using the raw vinegar in salad dressings for my family, but might try a cleaner brand for myself. VibeVitamins, I wouldn't give them to kids without pediatrician approval - even gummies can have concentrated ingredients. Maybe we could all report back in a month with updates? I'm going to try the Whole Foods brand and compare to my homemade ACV tonics.
