Hey everyone! Planning a family road trip to Yellowstone next month and want to bring my daily ACV gummies along. My kids (8 and 10) take them too for immune support. Worried they might melt in the car during summer heat - has anyone had issues? Also, if we fly instead, do TSA consider them liquids? They're kinda sticky... Would love your experiences!

Great question YogaYara! As someone who's always hiking with camera gear, I've carried ACV gummies on planes and trails. TSA doesn't count them as liquids - they're solid supplements. I keep mine in original bottle in my carry-on, no issues. For heat: yes, they can get soft if left in hot car. On a Death Valley photo trip last summer, mine fused together into one giant gummy blob! Now I use a small insulated lunch bag with an ice pack for road trips.

Digital nomad here - I've flown with ACV gummies across 12 countries this year! TSA/security never blinked, even internationally. Pro tip: transfer to a small pill case for day trips to avoid carrying whole bottle. For storage, I keep mine in hotel mini-fridge when available. Once in Thailand humidity they got super sticky, so now I add those silica gel packets to the container. YogaYara - for kids, maybe try individual packets if available? Less mess!

Thanks both! Jack - that gummy blob story is hilarious but good warning. Nancy - silica packets are genius! My holistic mom group will love that tip. Think I'll do the insulated bag for the road trip and maybe get those travel-sized packs for the kids. Anyone know if extreme cold (like airplane cargo) affects them? We might check bags if we fly.

Cold should be fine YogaYara - mine have been in freezing temps while winter camping. They get harder but return to normal. Actually prefer cold gummies texture-wise! One more thing: if hiking, keep them away from direct sun in your pack. Saw a fellow photographer's gummies melt into his camera bag once... sticky disaster! Safe travels to Yellowstone - amazing place for nature shots!
