Weird side effect from my ACV gummies - anyone else?

Hey all, been taking apple cider vinegar gummies for about 2 weeks now (the brand with 'mother' in it). They taste fine and my digestion feels better, but I've been having these crazy vivid dreams every night! Like full-on movie plots I remember in detail when I wake up. Not scary or anything, just super intense. Has anyone else experienced this with ACV gummies? Wondering if it's just me or if the gummies are doing something weird.

Bro, I get that too! Not with ACV specifically but when I stack certain supplements. Could be your body adjusting to better gut health - affects neurotransmitters. I take mine pre-workout with my beta-alanine and creatine, no dreams but definitely feel more focused. Maybe try taking them in the morning instead of before bed? Also what's your dosage?

omg YES! I thought I was going crazy lol. Started ACV gummies last month to cut down on coffee (trying to be mindful about caffeine crashes). The dreams are wild - last night I dreamed I was a squirrel organizing acorns by size. 😂 My nutritionist said it might be related to blood sugar stabilization? But she wasn't sure. They do make my morning matcha taste different too - more bitter?

Interesting! No vivid dreams here, but I did notice my taste buds changed after about 10 days. Suddenly I could detect more subtle flavors in my artisanal cheeses and single-origin chocolates. The gummies themselves taste decent - nice tart apple finish without that harsh vinegar bite. Maybe your brain is just more active because you're sleeping better? Are you eating them with food or on empty stomach?

Thanks everyone! Glad I'm not alone. @NootropicNoah I take 2 gummies after dinner, so maybe switching to morning would help. @MindfulMila48 The squirrel dream sounds adorable haha. @MountainMike773 I take them after eating usually. Maybe I'll experiment with timing. The dreams aren't bad really, just surprising! Appreciate the input folks.
