Anyone else getting vivid dreams from Ashwagandha gummies?

So I've been taking these ashwagandha gummies for about a week now (the ones from that brand with the lion on the bottle), and I've been having some seriously wild dreams. Like, I'm talking full-on cinematic, vivid, sometimes lucid dreams. It's not bad, just... weird. Also I feel like my taste buds are a bit off? Like, coffee tastes a little metallic? Anyone else experience this?

Yeah, ashwagandha can do that to some people. It's known to affect sleep and dream vividness. I've been taking it for a while, and I definitely notice more vivid dreams, especially if I take it right before bed. Also, it can mess with your taste buds a bit, but that usually fades. Just make sure you're not taking too much. What's the dosage on those? Also, the bright urine thing? That's usually just from the B vitamins in the gummies, so no worries there.

Oh my gosh, the dreams are REAL. I'm a digital nomad and I change time zones a lot, so my sleep is already weird, but these gummies made my dreams so vivid I actually felt like I was living a whole other life. I had a dream I was a dolphin and I could remember it perfectly the next day. Weird but kinda cool. As for the taste thing, yeah, I had that too, but it went away after a couple weeks. Also, I noticed I pee brighter yellow, but I think that's just the B12.

Okay, glad I'm not the only one. I'm taking the recommended dose (2 gummies a day), so I'll probably just stick with it. The dreams are actually kind of fun, not gonna lie. But I might switch to taking them in the morning to see if that helps with the taste thing. Thanks for the input, guys! It's reassuring to know it's not just me.

No prob! Yeah, I take mine in the morning now, and it seems to help with the vivid dreams. Or at least they're not as intense. But yeah, it's harmless. Also, if you're worried about the taste thing, maybe try a different brand? Some have added flavors that might clash with things. But overall, ashwagandha is pretty safe, so enjoy the dream ride! 😄
