Hey all, just came across this article and thought I'd share: # Expert Tested: Goli Ashwagandha Review (2026) A recent product review has brought the popular supplement format of ashwagandha gummies back into the spotlight, highlighting the ongoing consumer interest in adaptogens. What do you guys think? Anyone tried these or have thoughts on ashwagandha in gummy form?

Honestly, I'm skeptical. Gummies usually have added sugars or carbs that can kick you out of ketosis. If you're on keto like me, you gotta check those labels carefully. Ashwagandha itself is great for stress, but why not just take a capsule? Less junk in it. Anyone know the net carbs per serving?

I've been using ashwagandha for years, but always in powder or capsule form from reputable Ayurvedic sources. Gummies feel like a gimmick to me—just another way to market to people who don't like swallowing pills. The traditional preparations have stood the test of time for a reason. What's next, turmeric gummies? Oh wait...

lol remember when supplements were just boring pills and we had to blog about how to make them palatable? Now everything's a gummy. I miss the days of DIY smoothie recipes with ashwagandha powder. That said, if gummies get more people to try adaptogens, maybe it's not all bad. But yeah, check the sugar content—my old blog readers would riot if I recommended something too sugary!
