Hey guys, so I was at Costco today and saw their Kirkland brand Ashwagandha gummies on sale for like $12 for 120 gummies. That's crazy cheap compared to what I've seen online. Anyone tried these? Are they legit or just sugar pills?

OP, I've been using those for about a month. They're made by the same manufacturer as some premium brands. I think Costco just has insane buying power. Quality is solid – I feel calmer during workouts and sleep better. Def a steal.

I bought them too! As an intermittent faster, I like that they have only 1g sugar per gummy. Some brands load them with sugar. I've noticed less stress eating. Just make sure to check the label – the active ingredient count is standard.

I'm Paleo so I usually avoid gummies, but I got these for my wife. She loves them. Price is a no-brainer. But check if they have any weird fillers – I think they use tapioca syrup which is fine for most. If you're strict Paleo, maybe pass.

Thanks everyone! I grabbed two bottles. Glad to know they're legit. Costco wins again!
