I'm all for making supplements easier to take, but these ashwagandha gummies are basically candy! 10g of sugar per serving? That's more than my kids' fruit snacks. We're trying to be healthy here, not indulge a sweet tooth. Is there a way to get the benefits without turning it into a dessert?

I get the concern, but honestly, the sugar is there to mask the bitter taste of ashwagandha. Not everyone can swallow pills, and gummies are a game-changer for those who can't. The bioavailability might even be better with the sugar helping absorption. Just be mindful of your total sugar intake elsewhere. I see them as a treat that happens to have benefits.

If you're worried about sugar, just take the powder or capsule. Gummies are for convenience, not purity. I'm all for clean supplements, but I also know that if it tastes like chalk, I won't take it consistently. Sugar is a small trade-off for adherence. Plus, you can find sugar-free options if you look hard enough.

I'm with Mila on this. I've seen too many people fooled into thinking they're being healthy by popping gummy vitamins. It's basically a candy habit with a pinch of herb. I'd rather chew a bitter leaf than eat a sugar cube. But to each their own – if it gets you to take your ashwagandha, maybe it's worth it. Still, I'd say go for the real thing.

I guess I'm just surprised there isn't a more middle-ground option. Like a low-sugar gummy that still tastes okay. I tried one and it was so sweet I felt like I was eating dessert after dinner. I think I'll stick to my tincture, but I appreciate the feedback. Maybe I'll give a sugar-free version a shot.
