So I started taking these ashwagandha gummies about a week ago to help with my stress levels (night shift life is brutal). And now every time I sleep I'm having these insanely vivid dreams. Like last night I dreamed I was a pirate captain sailing through a sea of pudding. It was awesome but also weird as hell. Anybody else get this? Is it just me? Should I be worried? lol

Oh yeah, that's totally a thing. Ashwagandha can affect serotonin and GABA, which can lead to more vivid dreams. I've been taking it for months and my dream recall is off the charts. I actually keep a dream journal now. It's not harmful, just your brain doing some extra processing. Maybe try taking it earlier in the day if it messes with your sleep quality. But embrace it, man. Pudding sea sounds epic.

Wait, I thought I was the only one! I've been taking vegan ashwagandha gummies (no gelatin, obviously) and my dreams have been wild too. But also, has anyone noticed a weird taste in their mouth? Like metallic or something? I read it can affect taste buds. I'm not complaining, just curious. Also, make sure your gummies are actually vegan, some brands sneak in gelatin. Not cool.

Thanks guys, good to know I'm not losing my mind. @JoyfulJack103 I'll try taking it in the morning instead. @OasisOliver566 I haven't noticed a taste thing but now I'll be paranoid lol. And yeah, I double-checked the label, these are vegetarian at least. No gelatin. Appreciate the replies!
