Just read this article about ashwagandha possibly harming your liver. I've been taking the gummies for anxiety and sleep, and now I'm worried. Any thoughts from the community?

Honestly, I've been into traditional herbs for years. Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen, but like anything, respect it. The liver thing? Most likely from high doses or interactions with other meds or alcohol. I stick to the recommended dose and cycle off every few months. My liver tests have always been fine. But hey, everyone's different.

I'm on a tight budget, so ashwagandha gummies are a splurge. That article scared me too! I've been taking them for a few weeks and feel better, but should I stop? I can't afford to get sick. Maybe I'll switch to tea or something? Anyone tried the powder?

I've been using ashwagandha gummies for a year now, the kind with KSM-66 which is clinically studied. My doctor knows, and I get blood work done yearly. No issues so far. But I also don't chug them like candy. The article mentions rare cases with high doses or pre-existing conditions. I say do your research, talk to your doc, and listen to your body. I'm not stopping.

Thanks everyone! I feel a bit better. I'll probably lower my dose and maybe cycle next month. And yeah, no alcohol. Better safe than sorry.
