Found a bottle of Ashwagandha gummies at Costco for like $12.99, normally $24.99. Seems too good to be true? I'm new to ashwagandha, is this a steal or are they gonna be weak? Any experience with store brand stuff?

I'd be careful, bro. I stick to paleo and clean supplements. That cheap stuff often has added sugar or weird fillers. Check the label – if it has like 5g of sugar per gummy, pass. Costco usually has decent quality though, maybe they're just clearing stock.

Yooo, if it fits your macros go for it lol. But seriously, I'd check the extract % – ashwagandha is one of those where you want a standardized amount of withanolides. Some cheap brands use root powder and it's not as effective. Look for "KSM-66" or "Sensoril" on the label.

I got those! They're actually pretty good. I'm a nature photographer and need to chill before sunrise shoots lol. They taste fine, no jitters. I say snag them before they're gone.

Gummies are a waste of money IMO. Just get the powder or capsules for better absorption. But if you're lazy like me sometimes, Costco's are cheap enough. Just double check it's from a reputable brand – I got burned by a local pharmacy generic once.
