Just saw this article on the best ashwagandha supplements for 2026. I've been looking for a good gummy to help with my caffeine jitters - anyone tried any of these? 🤔

I haven't seen that exact list, but I've been using ashwagandha gummies for a while now. They're great for stress and workout recovery. Just make sure you get one with KSM-66 or Sensoril - those are clinically tested. Which ones are on the list?

Ooh, I actually read that article! I think they highlighted gummies from a few brands. I'm a tech nerd, so I love when they have a good label and maybe a QR code to verify potency. Did they mention any with extra adaptogens? I need my multi-tasking gummies lol

Yeah, they mentioned a couple. One with L-theanine for calm focus, another with magnesium for sleep. I'm tempted to try the one with L-theanine since I'm a coffee addict - maybe it'll smooth out the jitters without making me drowsy. Anyone tried that combo?

I've tried that! The ashwagandha + L-theanine is a solid combo. It helps me stay focused during my workouts and doesn't make me sleepy. Just check the dosage - sometimes they skimp on the active ingredients. You want at least 300mg of ashwagandha extract per serving.
