Just read this article about ashwagandha gummies fixing sleep and focus. I've been struggling with both lately. Anyone here tried them? Do they actually work?

I've been using ashwagandha gummies for about 3 months now. Sleep is definitely deeper, and my focus during workouts is better. But it takes a few weeks to kick in. Just make sure you get a good brand with KSM-66 or Sensoril extract.

I'm a biohacker, so I use the raw powder, not the gummies (too much sugar for my taste). But ashwagandha is a game changer for cortisol. My HRV has improved a lot. If you go the gummy route, check the label for added sugar - some have as much as a candy bar!

I'm skeptical. I tried gummies for a few weeks, didn't notice anything except maybe a bit of drowsiness. Also, the research is mixed, and the supplement industry is unregulated. I'd rather improve my sleep hygiene and meditate. But if it works for you, great.
