Just saw this article about ashwagandha gummies going viral on TikTok. It says we can get wellness without the 'side effect of poverty' lol. Anyone tried these? I'm looking for something to chill out without spending a ton.

Ashwagandha is legit for stress, but gummies can be overpriced. I get the powder and mix it in smoothies – way cheaper. But if gummies help you stay consistent, go for it. Just check the mg per gummy.

I've been using ashwagandha gummies for a month. My recovery times are better and I feel less anxious before races. But yeah, they can be pricey. I found a brand that's not too bad. DM me if you want the name.

I add ashwagandha powder to my turmeric latte recipe. Gummies are convenient but I'm suspicious of the sugar content. Some brands load them with sugar to mask the taste. read the labels!

Thanks all! I'll look into the powder too. Maybe I'll try the gummies first for ease, but I'll check the sugar. Cheers!
