Just read this article about the 7 health benefits of ashwagandha backed by research! It's pretty impressive how it can help with stress, anxiety, and even sleep. I've been thinking about trying ashwagandha gummies for a while now. What do you all think? Anyone here tried them? #ashwagandha #gummies #health

Hey! I'm a med student, so I've looked into the research a bit. Ashwagandha does have some solid evidence for reducing cortisol and improving stress resilience. But I always tell people: gummies often have added sugar and might not give you a consistent dose. I'd suggest checking the label for KSM-66 or Sensoril, those are standardized extracts with clinical backing. Also, don't expect a miracle - it's a supplement, not a cure-all. Just my two cents!

Totally agree with the standardized extract advice. Also, I try to go for organic and sustainably sourced options. There's a brand that uses regeneratively farmed ashwagandha, which is cool for the planet. But yeah, gummies are convenient, just be mindful of the sugar. I've seen some with 3g of sugar - that's a lot if you take 2 gummies. You're better off with tinctures or capsules if you're serious about it.

Honestly, I'm skeptical. Most of these 'benefits' are from small studies or funded by supplement companies. And adaptogens are just a fad, right? I tried ashwagandha for a month and didn't feel a thing. Maybe it's a placebo. But hey, if it helps you, go for it. Just don't expect it to replace a good diet and exercise.

Thanks for the input! @OrganicOlivia895, I'll look for those extracts. @QuantumQuincy376, true about the sugar, maybe I'll try capsules instead. @ZestZack376, that's fair - I guess we all react differently. I'll give it a shot and see. Appreciate the honesty!
