Hey everyone! I just started taking ashwagandha gummies for stress, but I can't function without my morning coffee. Is it safe to take them together? And will it affect the effectiveness? Any advice is appreciated!

Great question! Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps regulate cortisol, and caffeine is a stimulant. They don't directly interact badly, but caffeine can increase cortisol, which might counteract the calming effects of ashwagandha. If you're taking it for stress, maybe space them out - like coffee in the morning and gummies later in the day. But safe-wise, no known dangerous interaction.

Hey! I've been taking ashwagandha gummies with my coffee for months! I find it actually helps me stay focused without the jitters. But I've also heard that some people get an upset stomach if they take it on an empty stomach. I usually eat a banana or something first. So, it's probably fine, just listen to your body! 🌿✨

I take my gummies at night because I've heard they help with sleep (and as a parent, I need all the help I can get!). But I also have coffee in the morning, so I don't have to worry about mixing them. Maybe try moving your gummies to the evening? That way you get the stress relief when you're winding down. Just a thought.
