I've taken gummies on flights before. TSA doesn't care about supplements as long as they're solid. For melting: keep them in your carry-on, not checked bag. The cargo hold gets cold but the cabin is room temp. If you're worried, pop them in a ziploc and keep them in your personal item. I did a road trip in summer and they got a bit soft but not totally melted. still edible.

bro i had my ashwagandha gummies melt in my car once. middle of july, left them in the glovebox. turned into a sticky brick lol. But for flying, carry-on is fine. Just don't leave them in a hot car or direct sun. Also if you're hiking, keep them in a cooler or insulated bag. I've seen people put them in a pill container to save space. TSA didn't bat an eye.

I use Nature's Truth ashwagandha gummies, they're pretty firm even in warm weather. Also Goli is popular but they can get sticky. Honestly just keep them away from heat and you'll be fine. Safe travels!
