Hey everyone, I'm heading on a 10-hour flight next week and wanted to bring my ashwagandha gummies for stress. But I'm worried they might melt in my carry-on? Also, do TSA care about gummy supplements? Any tips for storing them on a long trip? I'm also planning some hiking after so need them to stay solid.

Hey! Med student here. TSA doesn't usually care about gummy supplements in original packaging, but keep them in your carry-on just in case. For melting, ashwagandha gummies have a melting point around body temp, so if it's really hot in the cabin they might get soft. I'd put them in a cooler bag or insulated pouch. Also, if you're hiking, keep them in a shaded part of your pack.

Keto here: Make sure your gummies don't have added sugar if you're keto. But yeah, heat can be an issue. I've taken gummies on road trips and they got a bit sticky. Put them in a small container and keep in a cool, dry place. TSA never bothered me. Enjoy your trip!

Vegan activist here! Check if your ashwagandha gummies are vegan - many use gelatin. For travel, I put mine in a reusable silicone pouch. They don't melt as easily as you think, but avoid direct sunlight. I've flown internationally with them no problem. Just have them accessible for TSA if they ask.

Digital nomad here, always on the move. I stash gummies in a small pill container inside a ziplock bag. Never had melting issues even in Southeast Asia heat. TSA is chill as long as it's not a liquid. For hiking, keep them in a cooler pocket if you have one. Pro tip: freeze them overnight before your trip - they take longer to thaw!
