Hey all! My dad's turning 60 and he's been stressed lately, and my best friend is a total gym rat who never rests. I was thinking of getting them a health pack with ashwagandha gummies. Anyone tried these? Which brand is good? I want something that actually works, not just sugar.

I've been on ashwagandha gummies for about 6 months now! I use the 'ZenBites' brand - they taste like raspberry, not too sweet. I feel more chill and my sleep improved. But for your dad, maybe check if he has any health issues - ashwagandha can interact with some meds. For your gym friend, it's great for recovery and cortisol. I'd get a pack with added vitamins maybe.

Yo! Biohacker here. Gummies are fine but watch the dosage. Most have like 300mg which is low. I use the 'HerbStrong' gummies - 600mg per gummy, with black pepper extract for absorption. For your friend, they'll help with muscle recovery and stress. For your dad, start with a lower dose to see how he reacts. Also, look for ones with organic ashwagandha root extract, not just leaf. And avoid added sugars if possible - some are loaded.

Thanks guys! I'll check out those brands. Any specific 'health pack' deals? Like with vitamin D or magnesium? I want to keep it simple but effective.

Yeah, I've seen combo packs. 'VitalityHub' has a stress + sleep bundle with ashwagandha and melatonin gummies. That could be good for your dad. For your friend, maybe a recovery pack with ashwagandha and tart cherry? I'd just get two different packs if needed. Make sure to read reviews!
