Hey all, been taking ashwagandha gummies for stress (digital nomad life, amirite?). Usually have them with my morning coffee. Is that cool or should I space them out? Heard coffee might mess with absorption or something. Anyone tried this combo?

Ooh, good question! As a granola parent, I'm all about natural supplements but cautious with combos. I give my kids ashwagandha gummies (child-safe dose!) but never with caffeine—too stimulating together. For adults, maybe have coffee first, gummies 30 min later? Check with your doc though, especially if you have anxiety. My herbalist said ashwagandha is adaptogenic but coffee can override the calming effects. Just my two cents!

Fellow digital nomad here! I've been doing ashwagandha gummies + coffee for months while working remotely from Bali. No issues for me—actually helps me stay focused without the jitters. But I use low-acid coffee and take the gummies with breakfast. Maybe try it and see how your body reacts? Everyone's different. Also, make sure your gummies don't have extra stimulants like guarana.

Thanks both! @MindfulMila730 good point on spacing them out—I'll try coffee first tomorrow. @SolarSam260 glad to hear it works for you, and yeah my gummies are just ashwagandha + some vitamins. Might experiment and report back. Appreciate the insights!
