OMG, this is hilarious but also a bit scary! My 5-year-old found my bottle of Ashwagandha gummies and I caught him with a handful, saying 'mmm, gummy bears!' Good news: they're safe for kids in the right dose, but definitely keep them out of reach. I use a lockbox for my supplements now. #MomFail #LessonLearned

Honestly, I don't get why we even need gummy supplements. Just take a pill or powder. Gummies are basically candy with a few nutrients, and they're full of sugar or artificial sweeteners. My kids never mistake my capsules for treats. Maybe switch to something less tempting? #JustSayNoToGummies

Haha, I can relate! My husband grabbed my ashwagandha gummies thinking they were his fiber gummies (which are also suspiciously similar). Now we have a color-coded system: his are in a red jar, mine in a blue one. Works for us, but we also had to move them to the top shelf because our dog looked interested. Yikes!

I'm with Olivia on the sugar front. Even though I take ashwagandha for stress, I switched to the sugar-free version – still gummies, but at least no cavities. But the real issue is keeping them safely stored. I use a medicine lockbox with a timer, both for my gummies and my kids' vitamins. And I told my kids they are 'special grown-up gummies' – so they don't ask for them. They still know not to touch without asking.
