I just came across this study (PMID: 12345678) that claims ashwagandha gummies can reduce cortisol by up to 30% in 8 weeks. Sounds too good to be true? The study was funded by the gummy company's parent corp. Bias or real? What do you all think?

Honestly, I've been taking ashwagandha gummies for a year and they help me with stress. But funded by the company? That's a red flag. I always check who paid for the research. Even so, the ingredient itself has decent history in Ayurveda. Maybe not the exact numbers, but there's something there.

OMG I love ashwagandha! I actually did a collab with a brand and they gave me the inside scoop - they do their own studies all the time. But like, they only publish the good stuff. I'd take it with a grain of salt. Still, my followers report feeling calmer on it. Maybe it's placebo, but who cares? #selfcare

As a grandpa, I worry about these fancy gummies. My daughter bought me some, and they taste nice, but I don't trust big companies. The study is probably biased. But I'll tell ya, I sleep better when I take them. Maybe it's just my age, but hey, keep an open mind.
