Just saw this article from NY Post about Nutrafol. Claims it's like Miracle-Gro for hair. I've been using ashwagandha gummies for stress and sleep, but never thought about hair. Anyone tried Nutrafol or know if ashwagandha helps hair too?

Nutrafol is legit but pricey. Its main ingredients are ashwagandha, saw palmetto, and collagen. Ashwagandha lowers cortisol, which can reduce hair loss from stress. So if you're already taking ashwagandha gummies, you're halfway there. I'd say stick with what works and add a collagen supplement.

I'm always skeptical of these 'miracle' claims. My daughter tried Nutrafol and it did nothing for her. She switched to a simple ashwagandha gummy and her hair stopped falling out. Maybe it's the stress reduction? Idk, but cheap gummies worked better than the expensive stuff.

Interesting, thanks! So ashwagandha alone might help? I just want something that works without breaking the bank. Plus gummies taste better than pills lol.

Yeah, give it a few months. Ashwagandha is adaptogenic, so it helps your body handle stress. Less stress = healthier hair. Just make sure you get a good brand with KSM-66 or Sensoril extract. I like the gummies from Goli.
