Hey everyone, I started taking ashwagandha gummies about 3 weeks ago mainly to help with sleep. I wasn't expecting much, but I've been sleeping like a baby. But the weird thing is, my skin has never looked better! I've struggled with acne for years and now it's clearing up. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it the ashwagandha or just coincidence?

That's interesting! I've been taking ashwagandha for stress, and I did notice my skin seemed less inflamed. But I also started eating more veggies around the same time, so hard to say. What brand are you using? Some gummies have added biotin or other stuff that could help skin.

Ashwagandha can lower cortisol, which might reduce stress-related acne. But if you're on keto, your skin might improve from that too. Are you low-carb? Also, check the gummy ingredients for hidden sugars or fillers that could cause inflammation. I stick to capsule form to avoid that.

I've been taking ashwagandha gummies for a few months now. For me, the main benefit was less anxiety, but I did notice my eczema calmed down. I think it's the adaptogen reducing inflammation. But honestly, gummies are just convenient. If you want pure ashwagandha, you might need a higher dose. What's your dosage?

Thanks for the replies! I'm taking 300mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha per gummy, two gummies a day. I'm not on keto, but I do try to eat fairly clean. The gummies I get are from a brand called NutriRoot, and they don't have biotin. So maybe it is the ashwagandha? I'll keep monitoring and update if anything changes.
